Through duck’s back, I run a range of workshops, fitness programs and cooking classes to help you live a healthier, more sustainable life. I offer one-on-one or group personal training and can introduce you to the incredible Thermomix – the ultimate tool for easy, healthy eating.
I’m also keen to share the knowledge I am accumulating as I turn my suburban backyard into a productive food orchard using the principles of permaculture.
