If you are feeling ‘older than you should be’, unfit and unmotivated like I was, I would highly recommend working with Hoppy. She is very knowledgeable and skilled in health, exercise and wellbeing. I got much fitter and stronger over this time. Most importantly with the exercise, dietary help, health advice and encouragement, my mood and mindset became much more positive and optimistic.
