Hi, I’m Moira Tobin and it is my aim to help other busy women and men adopt healthy, environmentally sound fitness and food practices. Through a range of personal training programs, workshops and cooking demonstrations (as a Thermomix Consultant), I would like to share my experience and knowledge to help you on your journey to a happier, healthier life.
